Profile

I have been passionate about the natural world since my earliest memories will allow me to recall. I am a BSc Zoology/MSc Conservation Biology graduate, now pursuing a PhD observing the effects of forest fragmentation and degradation in Madagascar.

I think I have always had an instinctive affinity for wildlife and as I grew it developed into a thirst for more scientific knowledge. This quest for a deeper understanding of evolution, natural selection and the many patterns within the biological realm has led me to some wonderful places around the world.

Primarily this blog is a portal for me to scribe down all the things that excite and interest me, but I also hope it can do the same for anyone else who chooses to read along.
